Hello,

  I am a senior partner and Designated Broker of BCI Properties, LLC in Tacoma, Washington and my wife Emily is a managing partner, Licensed Agent and Transaction Coordinator.

There are three things we focus on:

1. Real Estate - Residential and commercial sales.
2. Rental Property Management - residential, our own & clients.
3. Investments - we invest in 1-5 houses a year personally and help others do invest at their own level and pace. We know the ropes.

Our oldest Son Don is also a Licensed RE Agent as well as his wife Sarah and our younger son Ben’s wife Staci Leske, plus my sister’s Rhoda and Grace.
