prompted during the install. Changing the directory can cause
severe problems with Viewer.
Uninstall Viewer
We recommend that you
uninstall any previous versions of the Viewer before
installing a ICSViewer upgrade.
Left Click on START button
Go to 'Settings' >> click on 'Control
Panel'
Double Click on 'Add/Remove Programs'
icon
Scroll down currently installed list
of programs, and
select “ICS Viewer 4.6 or 5.1” then
Click the “change/remove” to begin
uninstall.
Follow prompts to complete uninstall.
After completing uninstall,
shutdown/restart computer
